YOURSAY | ‘A simple ‘no comment’, would have saved Noh Omar.’

Only a dim bulb doesn’t know who MO1 is

yrsaydimbulpyoursay-EnglishRuslan Bahari: “BN strategic communications director Abdul Rahman Dahlan has said that there is no secret who is Malaysian Official 1 (MO1) mentioned in the US Department of Justice’s (DOJ) civil lawsuits.

“Everyone who has read the court documents or knows about the issues would know who is the person being referred to, he said.

“He was asked to comment about the identity of MO1 as some alleged that the MO1, which mentioned 36 times in DOJ’s court documents, was in fact Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak.

“‘There is no mystery about Malaysian Official 1, only an idiot doesn’t know who that person was,’ he said at a press conference, adding those who are familiar with the issues and read the court documents would know who is MO1.”

I didn’t say this. Abdul Rahman did.

Bazooka: Yes, this is the standard line of defence by BN leaders when confronted with that question.

But one ‘informed’ BN minister had stated that anyone (especially the educated ones such as Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister and Selangor BN chief Noh OMar), who did not know who MO1 is, is an “idiot”.

Where was Noh when Abdul Rahman made that comment? Has he not been opening his laptop or smart phone for news? Go on, bury your head in the sand.

Tholu: So Noh Omar is an idiot and we have idiots as cabinet ministers and Najib is not the least ashamed of it.

Perhaps Najib has idiots in his cabinet to save himself from being exposed for abusing power and corrupt practices rather than to have ministers who would work hard to develop the nation.

SusahKes: Yes, wasn’t it Abdul Rahman of Umno who called those in the dark as to MO1’s identity “idiots”?

Wow, look who is having aspirations to rule Selangor? I can’t believe that I might have an i—t as my future MB.

Then again, MO1 did say that he values loyalty over smart people.

Bluemountains: It appears that government leaders are chosen based on their loyalty to their masters over their level of intelligence.

However, if ministers are not intelligent enough to know who is MO1, they should at least be responsible enough to go and find out, instead of just saying, “I don’t know”.

Anonymous_1372741039: Ignorance is bliss. It does say something, does it not? That would be how daft some people can be.

Hardboiled: Noh Omar, it’s okay to admit not to know who is MO1 is. It only means you’re an idiot.

What’s not okay is why you and so many others don’t care to find out who MO1 is and whether the allegations about MO1 are true.

That’s the core issue regarding 1MDB that should be of concern to the government. Don’t you have an obligation to find out who this is for sure and find out the truth?

To not do so is tantamount to criminal negligence.

GE14Now!: The disdain that a lot of us have for incompetents like you is that you are unable to see something that is so blazingly obvious.

That tells me that it is not that you cannot see who MO1 is, but that you refuse to acknowledge who that allegedly corrupt person is.

And there is none so blind who refuse to see the truth and evidence that is so clearly presented to all and sundry.

Anonymous #07988903: The best strategy, when you are asked this question, is to pretend to suffer from dizziness and breathing difficulties; then excuse yourself.

Dex: A simple “no comment”, would have saved him. Now he has painted himself into a corner…

Cogito Ergo Sum: It’s too late to deny that you are ignorant as to who MO1 is. You should have just said it is an official secret.

But it’s no secret what your IQ is.

Anonymous 2415891461978791: The humiliation has yet to begin. Just wait until the evidence is presented in open court.
