Penang state government representatives and former Aliran president P. Ramakrishnan will be at the Federal Court tomorrow for filing the proceedings against the Federal Government and the Election Commission to seek declarations that the EC must conduct local government elections in Penang.
Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, his deputy Mansor Othman, EXCO members Chow Kon Yeow and Malik Kassim wil be present at the Federal Court tomorrow.
